What to do when your PC won't stay asleep

last year I looked at why some PCs keep locking the screen while you're trying to get things done and had folks say *their* PC has the opposite problem & keeps waking up: so I took a look at the different reasons that can happen, how to track down what's waking your PC and what you can do about it
